As part of its Pollinator Project, Dartmouth’s Class of 1989 will again be planting wildflowers at several locations around the Upper Valley on April 28th, 29th, and 30th. 

We are looking for volunteers and student groups to help us rake, weed, and seed several areas on the Dartmouth campus as well

As part of its Pollinator Project, Dartmouth’s Class of 1989 and Dartmouth’s Facilities, Operations & Management department (FOM) will be planting wildflowers at several locations around the Dartmouth campus on April 25th, 26th, and 27th. 

We are looking for volunteers and student groups to help us till, weed, and plant four areas that FOM has identified for this pilot project.  No experience is necessary and appropriate tools will be provided.

The Class of 1989 is pleased to announce that it will be partnering with Dartmouth’s Facilities, Operations and Management (FOM) on a series of pilot native wildflower plantings on the Dartmouth campus this spring.  Initial sites that have been identified by FOM include the Organic Farm, two areas near Berry Library, and a detention pond next to the ’78 Life Sciences Center.  Over the next two years, these areas will be filled with wildflowers in the hope of attracting pollinating insects.  If this project is successful, the project will look
